Project summary
This Hidden Valley exterior project is now underway, with the home being upgraded from its existing siding to a more detailed James Hardie exterior design. The scope includes James Hardie lap siding, staggered shingle accents and contrasting Midnight Black details around selected exterior fixtures and architectural features. The work is being completed in stages so the siding layout, windows, rooflines, stone sections and rear deck structure can all be incorporated into one consistent design. Progress photos will be added as the James Hardie siding installation moves forward.
• Began removing sections of the existing siding to prepare the exterior walls • Delivered James Hardie lap siding and staggered shingle materials for the new exterior layout • Planned staggered shingle accents for selected architectural sections of the home • Included James Hardie Midnight Black finishes for the accent pieces and fixture mounting details • Coordinated the new siding around windows, stone veneer, rooflines, exterior fixtures and the rear deck structure
