Project summary
After seeing several nearby homes receive new roofs over the past few years, including the neighbouring property, these homeowners decided it was the right time to replace their own roof before age-related wear became a larger concern. Rather than waiting for problems to develop, they chose a planned roof replacement focused on long-term performance and workmanship. The new roofing system features Malarkey Vista Class 4 impact-resistant shingles in Silverwood, along with 26-gauge W-style valley metal, custom drip and rake edge, compatible ice-and-water protection, synthetic underlayment, and high-profile EZ Ridge XT caps. Every component was selected to create a complete roofing system built for Alberta's climate while maintaining a clean, finished appearance.
