Project summary
The original beige vinyl siding had visible hail damage in multiple areas, and the homeowner also wanted to update the exterior look. We removed the existing siding down to the wood sheathing, checked the wall condition, and wrapped the home with Tyvek before installing the new cladding system. New Gentek D5 Dutch Lap vinyl siding in Chesapeake Gray was installed across the affected elevations, with matching J-channel, outside corners, mounts, and black flashing details tied in around windows, doors, and penetrations. The colour change gave the home a cleaner grey finish while keeping the install practical and consistent with the existing exterior details.
