Project summary
This Bowness project involved a full eavestrough replacement along with new soffit, fascia and downspouts around the home. The original roofline components were weathered, and several areas still had exposed wood that needed to be covered as part of the work. We removed the older brown system and installed new white aluminum components for a cleaner finish and more consistent drainage around the property. The completed work also updated the gable ends and tied the roofline together without changing the existing exterior walls.
• Removed the existing eavestrough, downspouts, fascia coverings and soffit components • Installed new 5-inch white aluminum eavestrough with hangers, outlets and sealed joints • Completed downspout replacement with new elbows, straps and discharge routing • Installed new white aluminum fascia along the eaves and gable ends • Installed vented soffit panels with matching J-trim • Completed the soffit and fascia work as part of a full roofline exterior upgrade and cleaned the site after installation
